Owned and operated by award-winning journalist and producer Betty J. Halliburton, Intentional Content, Inc. (ICI) is a full-service communications management firm specializing in marketing, content creation, media relations, and strategic communication. Established in 2020, ICI manages the narrative and strategically navigates its delivery to ensure intentional and maximum outcomes, including increased visibility, audience and customer participation, and media exposure.

A native of Lorain County, Halliburton, is not new to developing communication strategies. An Emmy Award-winning journalist, producer, visionary, and “storyteller”, she has carved out a way to touch hearts and minds throughout her extensive career and in life. Most recently, a recurring contributor to Ideastream Public Media (PBS), Halliburton has spent over 35+ years in communications, serving at several radio and television stations, including WZAK 93FM, WJMO 1490AM, WJTB 1040AM, WCPN 90.3FM, as well as 10 years with CBS Affiliate WOIO TV 19 and its sister station WUAB TV 43.
